Community Portal never sells or monetizes resident or donor data. We do not use third-party tracking networks or display external advertisements.
1. Data Collected
We collect only the essential information necessary to operate your society portal and generate official donation receipts:
- Phone numbers used for WhatsApp OTP verification and login.
- Contributor names, flat/wing numbers, and donation amounts recorded by committee admins.
- Uploaded payment screenshots and expense bills stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
2. Access Control & Security
Individual society records are strictly namespaced. Only committee administrators with verified credentials can edit records. Members and residents have read-only access to their respective society accounts.
