Why We Built Community Portal

Every year, thousands of residential complexes and cultural mandals across India collect funds from residents and donors for building maintenance and traditional festivities (like Ganesh Utsav, Navratri, Durga Puja, and Diwali).

Unfortunately, traditional accounting relies on manual paper counterfoils, thermal bills that fade away, and lost WhatsApp receipts. This often leads to unnecessary friction, lack of trust, and countless hours spent tallying numbers right before annual general meetings (AGM).

Community Portal solves this by providing:
